[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this unit was very easy to set up , all 4 corners adjusted from the front... and this is the quietest and the best dishwasher that i have ever owned!!
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed our new DW (purchased to match our new refrigerator) ... both black stainless. Remarkable coating - adds to the design of our kitchen. Top “tray” actually comes in very handy for sharp knives, small dishes. Silverware dividing top load baskets are handy. Sooooo quiet!!! Worth the $$$! Wish cycle panel on top of door was all illuminated when choosing cycle and that the cycle light would not flash while running.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found only 2 issues. The silverware basket allows for food or cleaning solution to sit in the spot where it touches the basket on the utensil and dry. When you get your utensil out, it will have long streaks of dried cleaning solution on it. The utensil doesn't look clean, although it probably is. The basket is poorly designed in this way. The basket should be lower than the utensil mouth area so that this area is able to be fully cleaned without touching anything else. Also, for short utensils like a salad fork, the basket is ineffective at a proper placement place for short utensils. The second issue is that plates will fall over quite easily instead of standing upright as they are placed in between the tines. On a positive note, the unit is extremely quiet, very pretty inside and out, and has lots of options for dish placement. Fold down tines, 3rd rack, and ease of operation are best aspects of the unit.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Performance, Quality
Not pleased with loading the dishes - the spikes fold down the minute something touches it and then the dishes fall down. can't find a good way to load the plates and small juice glasses. The glasses, silverware, and dishes are always clean
Pros: Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought it a year ago and th darn wheels keep flying, we finally lost one and have no idea were it landed. I never understood rage but I do now, ever time I have to push the dishes back in full force, and to top it off all the dishes star falling because the racks are designed to move. Errrr dies anybody know were to order new wheels.

I hate the fact that the dish guides or separators (not sure what to call them) move so easily. One false move and the whole row of dishes collapses. UGH!
