Love this refrigerator! I have had it now for several months and really enjoy the ice maker and cold water (didn't think I would use it as much I as actually do.) Also love the duel door and freezer on the bottom.

We've only had it since November, 2016, but so far so good! The ice maker works fine, and having the freezer on the bottom is a blessing! We can get to our crisper drawers where we keep our daily use veggies without bending over. Everything is within easy reach, and this is a back-saver. I think anyone with a bad back could benefit from this fridge. The wide, low-profile drawer for meats, etc under the crisper is really neat; you can lift a clear lid without pulling the drawer out to take something in the front out. Only thing I really miss is a butter compartment like our old fridge had. It's fairly quiet; quieter than our old one. Overall, very nice, and I hope it lasts a long time to come!

I switched from a side by side to a french door because I was looking for more space for bigger trays. I absolutely love the crisper drawers, especially the meat and cheese, long drawer. It has made daily living of sandwiches and snacks so easy. The ice maker works adequately, maybe a little slower than I'm used to. The fridge is quiet and keeps a consistent temperature. The drawers preserve my fruits and vegetables longer than my other fridge. The water comes out with good pressure, and the drip tray never looks messy. Everything about the fridge is neat and crisp. It has a classy look open and closed. The bottom freezer has taken a little to get used to, but I still like it. To date, I have nothing but praise for this refrigerator.

My husband and I have been talking about buying a new refrigerator as the one we had was over 20 years old. I wanted one with more room, plus the ice and water in the door. He didn't think we needed more room. We are both glad we went a little bigger this time, even if it is just the 2 of us now. The kids come home for visits often and we still need the room. We also like having the freezer on the bottom. I didn't give it a 5 star rating only because I expect perfection for that rating. We didn't find the perfect refrigerator, but this one was very close.
