Have had this box for about 2 months now,and being the height of grilling season,this box stays fairly well
Stocked with all requisite beverages,meats and condiments,it is still set on factory settings and so far couldn't be happier,particularly with accessibility and organizational options!!! The only thing that should be noted is that,(and it is in owners manual,but ambiguous) is that the ice dispenser will become jammed on occasion,this only occurs when crushed ice is chosen!! Now I've found that after dispensing crushed ice that if you immediately switch back to cubes and dispense cubes it will in fact prevent clogging,this procedure works w/ out fail and is no great inconvenience nor waste,I would just suggest adding that to the owners manual or a tech tip in some fashion

Very good product. 2 issues. 1 cheese drawer should have it's own external door and the hood on the drawer needs a better engineered design. It comes off too easy.

I read many reviews before buying a new refrigerator. I knew the features I wanted and had it narrowed down to a few brands. The reviews for the brand I had originally considered were very poor, most indicating noise as the main problem. Amana had much more favorable reviews, so that made my final decision. I am very glad I purchased this Amana. It is very quiet, operates flawlessly and looks great. The best thing about this product was the price. This model has the same features of the Korean and Japanese brands but was nearly HALF the price. I had to unpack the unit myself since my home remodel was not ready when it was delivered. The unit was packed very well and the unpack and install instructions were very clear. I had to remove the door handles to get it through my front door, but the design of the door handles made that a very simple process. Overall, this refrigerator is engineered and designed extremely well. I know that Amana and other brands share the same core manufacturer, but it is obvious there is a big quality difference between the sister brands. I would highly recommend Amana.
