Adaptador de microfono

Me parece un poco lamentable que recién sacada al mercado la cámara se agoten las existencias de un accesorio como es el adaptador externo para un micrófono, tampoco entiendo su desmesurado precio y el excesivo volumen del adaptador cuando es para una cámara de acción (compacta)

The adaptor is good but I wish it was like the other mic adaptor witch is just a cable because it's hard to mount on a helmet and I thought GoPro was about having small stuff so you can bring it anywhere and do anything with it

GoPro - please PLEASE redesign this so it a simple, small, cable. The size of this thing completely defeats the whole nature of the compactness of GoPro.
The added ability to charge simultaneously is welcomed - but a non-charging smaller option MUST be available

Cant believe there isnt a better optio

With a new line of Gopro products out now I wouldnt have expected something like this to go backward so far. There is the first issue of this adapter being the absolutely only way to get external audio, no one likes to be conered into one option. The mentioned monopoly comes with an expensive price tag for what it is. And what is is a bulky and cumbersome attachment that I cant see being easy for any application requiring external audio such as motovlogging or outdoor recording. To top it off the bulky adapter is not trrs meaning you will need ANOTHER adapter to get it to work with alot of modern microphones. Dont know why it coudnt be trrs which is still compatible with trs. Really hope another product is released in the future with a bit more thought put into it.

a 50 dollar adapter ? are you kidding me, why not use the same adapter from the hero 4 this thing is goofy, bulky, the cord dosen't flex, what a joke

previous model was compatible with Hero 7, this one bears no information on the fact that it is working on Hero 8 upwards. And it's also super pricey... Will start a refund process now.

Very bulky for putting on the side of my crash helmet, material it is made from is very difficult to adhere velcro, however it does the job.
