Quit working after 3 days

The adapter worked great for 3 days on the 4th it worked part of the time. Now the camera wont even recognize when it is plugged in. I messed with the plug trying to get it to make better contact because it seemed loose (I was 50 mile back in the back country)messed it up bad enough that I wouldn't even bother to return it. Oh well I guess I will just write it off

Broke and blew my power adaptor too!

Worked for about 3 hours then stopped, blowing the USB power adapter I was using not only to charge my Hero7, but also my phone, I wonder if the lack of availability is because they have been withdrawn from sale by GoPro?

Static - crackly results. anything I can do???

I want this to work so badly... I've got it connected to a Rode Shotgun mic and the crackling is so bad, it's not usable. I've used the mic on other devices and it's perfect. then I found reviews saying it's wireless interference? That would be crazy and impossible to eliminate. I'd love a fix or maybe this particular one has a problem? i had it on order for months before finally receiving it. I want to be happy... Is there anything I need to do / know?

I have been trying for months to get the microphone adapter for the Hero 5 Black. At this point I am looking to get rid of my
