Quiet, efficient heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was only vaguely aware of Vornado Metal Heaters before participating in this program, nor have I tried any other-brand modern space-heaters, so I can't really judge how the Vornado Metal Heater VMH300 compare to contemporary products. However, the Vornado VMH300 is certainly unlike those old electric heaters we used to use that were terribly noisy, inefficient, and fire- (and personal-) hazards! The VMH300 is easy to set up and use; surprisingly quiet, even on 'high' setting; cool to the touch; and probably best used in a medium/small room (say, 12' X 12', or so). If in the market for such a product, I would definitely buy a Vornado Metal Heater, and have no hesitation recommending one to others.
Pros: Durable, Heats Up Quickly, Lightweight, Quiet...even on 'high' setting
Cons: a bit underpowered to heat a largeish room

I haven’t use this in a while since it keeps shuttings off on high settings, even on low settings low temperature. I tried alll settings to check where it shuts off and all shuts off unfortunately. I am expecting it will work great since the brand itself has a big name...

This is a terrible product and I feel like I've wasted my money

The airflow from this product is simply unacceptable. I can't believe that there is no control to regulate the fan speed. It looks nice but I'm sitting three feet away from it and I'm still cold a half hour later. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. This one time I thought I'd spend a little extra money on something that's supposed to be nice, and I learned my lesson. All the cheap space heaters I bought in the past, at least they blew some warm air at you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Would Buy

I have tried 3 other heaters prior to this, & have always found that they blow too hot to sit right in front of & I am constantly adjusting the heat to get enough heat to warm the room without burning my legs. This heater provides a nice even heat that seems to be perfect for warming my room & my legs without being too hot or too cold.
Pros: Durable, Good Power Output, Heats Up Quickly
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this heater. It works much better than any others I have tried. It heats up quickly and is very quiet. I am using it in a kitchen.living room that is a bit large and it heats up the space very well. I like that it is compact and not easy to knock over. I like that you can set it for high and low. Also love that you can adjust the fan speed with a turn of the knob. It has a light in the corner to let yo know its on and also love that when you store it there is a nice space in the back of the unit to store the cord. I really love this heater and the heat coverage it gives my space. If it is chilly and windy it keeps the room temp at a comfy 65 degrees F. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, well working heater. I recieved this heater free for my honest review. All opinions given are my own.

Bought two of these and couldn't be more pleased. Worked so well right from the moment I plugged it in. Warmed the room so nicely and turned off automatically as it was getting too warm. Took some time to adjust it to the perfect temperature but it's just been magnificent. Couldn't be more pleased and might even buy another!
