good and bad

I got this for christmas and I have to say this product does have good sound quality when it comes to Bluetooth and my phone but now I dont have z phone and I need an alarm hen school starts and I wont have one because I cant figure out how to set an alarm on the product its self if it even has one i got it but then my phone broke and i dont know that to do for an alarm because i cant trust my mom and uncle to take me up and I cant set the alarm
Pros: it has good sound quality
Cons: cant set the alarm when i dont have a phone
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought it, plugged it in. Hit power, nothing. Natta. Dead. For real? YOu bet. A dud.
Pros: cant think of any
Cons: doesnt work. will waste your time.

I love listening to my music on it. it's great! if it came with its own charger for iPhone then it would be amazing!

can't get my charger out

I put my charger in and now it won't come out, I either have to never use the phone while charging it or break my charger trying to get it out..
I really don't want to have to buy a new charger.
Pros: it plays music better than my phone
Cons: it ate my charger

complete waste of money

misleading packaging - says you can charge with lightning connector, 30 pin connector or micro usb but then only one connector is included.
then when you plug your device in, you can ONLY play music via bluetooth???
EXECRABLE DESIGN. why even bother manufacturing something so useless?

This product has great features with Dual alarm and Blue tooth capability.

This product has great features, however, I had several issues trying to set the alarm. It is difficult to determine whether or not the alarm is set to go off at a certain time. If you don't want the second alarm to go off it is difficult to figure out how to do this from the manual that accompanies the product. Also the component that allows you to recharge your smartphone (Samsung Galaxy) does not charge well enough consistently.
Pros: has many features
Cons: not easy to determine if alarm is activated or not

Can't adjust volume of Radio Alarm

The volume for the clock radio alarm comes preset and cannot be adjusted. It is too low, we cannot hear it. It is almost like a whisper.

Thank you for your review, it is greatly appreciated. Indeed the volume on the unit is preset; however, it has a gentle wake up feature that gradually escalates the alarm volume. Normal alarm sounds with a preset volume are either too low to wake you up or are so uncomfortably loud that you are rudely jolted awake. This way, you can choose to wake up to your favorite music, radio station or buzzer alarm. Gentle wake's alarm volume gradually increases from subtly low to reasonably high in order to gently rouse you.

Won't Charge iPhone

Received one for my birthday and the USB port doesn't work, so won't charge my phone. I work from home and wanted something that would charge my phone and play music, so useless to me. I am in Canada and my mom bought it in the US, so can't return it. Really disappointing.
