Awful product design

First and foremost, this is the first product of it's kind I have found that does not directly connect to your device to play music. You have to either use bluetooth or Aux.
The charger requires that you provide your own cable.
The charger is so poorly designed that it cannot handle phone cases. You have to remove the case every time you plug it in. That means also forget about charging your ipad... which, by the way, you'll need another wire for now because this device is using one of them.
You gain nothing from the integration of the iphone charger into the device. It does not connect to the device to play your music, it makes charging more difficult (see case issue), and device does not even come with it's own connector.
On top of that, alarm is very soft and there is no way to adjust volume.
This device fails at all of it's intended functions.
Finally, and this might not be an issue for everyone, the display is very bright and there is no dimming it.
Too bad I lost the receipt or I would DEFINETLY have returned this item.
Cons: no direct connection with phone for audio, need to provide your own charger, cannot handle cases, cannot handle larger devices, alarm is too soft (won't wake you)

Great product. The Bluetooth is why I got it. The volume is great. The radio and auxiliary are a just a bonus.

Poorly thought out product.

The display is too bright and doesn't allow you to dim it. You can't stream music over lighting cable and have to use blue tooth. The adaptor for the cable can't make contact with the phone unless you take your cover off your phone. Can't sync your phone's time to avoid manually setting it. Do NOT buy this poorly thought out product. How did this get past their product testing stage?!

I bought this clock because it looked nice and i needed a charging station. Everything worked fine except for the charging station. I didn't need another alarm clock. I mainly needed the charging station. This is a huge disappointment. There are very few Android charging stations out there for some reason.. I guess my galaxy s4 will have to be charged the normal way. Grrr.. smh. I don't think I'll be able to trust another philips product again.
Pros: looks (but looks aren't everything)
Cons: charging station doesn't work

Cons: docking station useless for iphone with protection, frame

Almost impossible to undock the phone from the docking station. Either the entire alarm clock comes with the phone or the docking station comes off the clock with the phone. Terrible design. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

Too bright, it was like sleeping withe light on. Mission impossible to setup, can't hear alarm at all as it is that faint, can't change from 24h to 12 h format as specs state it should.
Haven't even wasted time using with iphone, just taking it back!

Not bad radio but useless alarm!

Had an old clock radio that was pretty cheap and decided to upgrade for one with ease of a charging station too. This it does well, but huge problem!! Alarm is almost unhearable even after it reaches full volume. I am a moderately heavy sleeper and this will never work for me. Going back to the store today.
Pros: compact design
Cons: alarm setting is cumbersome, alarm way too quiet, looks cheap in my opinion
