Needed a vent hood quickly, this was available

In this almost (hopefully) post-COVID world, items one might need are still sometimes hard to find. When you need a specific size, that increases the likelihood of of not being able to find exactly what you need. We were lucky. This was in inventory and it works just fine. Haven't explored all the options, yet, like the chef-controlled features that evidently can be set up to work with a phone, but when the weather gets cooler and we are cooking more, we'll get there. For now, we are thankful to have a vent hood with a light that works!

Great hood vent

While remodeling our kitchen we decided to go with GE products because of their excellent reputation attractive appearance and efficiency and we were not disappoint it. This vent hood compliments our cooktop and looks fantastic underneath our cabinets. It has two LED lights that really brighten up the cooking surface and the exhaust ventilation is excellent. We are completely satisfied with all of our GE products and this hood vent goes great with our other GE appliances.

The power buttons for the fan and light should be more prominent. The small (discrete) size takes some getting used to.

Hi level is too noise

When I receive product, it have the gap in front of the hood.The protect of the hood is not even.The guy who install the hood for my say it have the gap but it is still work so you can call for company to get the discount. I already installed it for using even it is not good for condition of the hood.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
