It is not as high as my prior range hood which is good because it opens up the cooking area but bad because the tile backspash does not reach it. Also, why does a range hood need to be smart? I just need it to light and blow. I wasn't able to find a range hood the same size as my old one so this one will do.

This hood range is a bad product for changing the light. Cannot turn the bulb to remove it from the inner outlet. Please advise of the bulb installed so the consumer does not have to contact a service repair shop to replace a bulb. Mr. Scotton

installation and smart connection issue
