Impressive

Love the look, features, easy to operate, quite at low fan speed, and overall quality of the unit. We also use it as a night light for the kitchen, since it uses low voltage LED lights. Only thing I would have suggested as needed would be if lights swiveled a little to focus on areas being used. But otherwise perfect!

It Works!

We had this hood installed in our new home and immediately had a loud rattling noise when turning the speed form medium to high! The installing company was quick to replace it with a new cone in working condition. WE have no complaints since. We like the low profile look. (not noticeable)

Poor quality

For the price the quality of this range hood is poor. The appliance vibrates and loud on High / Boost fan settings. Called in GE technician who after checking the range hood informed that the the vibration is
normal for this model. That is unacceptable to me.

Unable to use Bluetooth connectivity given GE doesn’t make a electric cooktop with Chef Connect.

Stopped working period

We had the range installed when we moved into our new home in Nov 2020 and three months later it stops working. No lights, no air suction period nothing. It will take close to a month to have GE come out and look at it and who knows how long to replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice features poor quality

We purchased 3 of these. All damaged in shipment from different vendors. Damage all in the same place. None left in the market so just kept it and we’ll be looking at the dents whenever we use it. Good features and fair price poor logistical execution from the manufacturer.
