Died way too soon

Bougth this along with multiple other Bosch products as part of a professional kitchen remodel. Worked great when it worked --which was just about 2 years. Based on other reviews, this seems like a common problem. I expected a lot more for the money and from the Bosch brand than 24 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As long as the microwave worked, it was great! One option, that I really was disappointed, that the oven didn't have, was timed cooking. And you can barely hear the timer. BUT the life of this oven is REALLY short. My first one was replaced by warranty as it wasn't repairable, after less than a year, and now after a bit over a year (with trouble before already) the second microwave can't be repaired! I would definitely NOT buy this, just looki into other options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great second oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my Speed Oven. I find I often use it instead of my larger oven when cooking smaller items because it heats up so much faster. I love all the different options for cooking. My only complaint is that I wish the laminated "cheat sheet" for quick reference was more extensive. I keep needing to go back to my instruction booklet to figure out what power level to use. This is a great product for a small kitchen. it will be great at the holidays for a second oven. I highly recommend!

Great while it lasted - which wasn't long

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We were really happy we chose to add a Bosch speed oven during our kitchen renovation. It's small size means it heats up fast for roasting small trays and really suited most of our daily needs. The microwave function works great for reheating food in a pinch. Unfortuantely the oven just stopped working for no apparent reason just after the warranty expired. There seems to be similar issues from many of the reviewers here as well. I would hesitate to recommend this oven for that reason. We have been long time Bosch customers but sadly feel this would have me think twice about another purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The multi function appliance market is filled with promises, but the public reviews show that most of appliances perform one function really well but fall short on others. The Bosch small oven truly delivers on all its functions. You don’t have to worry about the learning curve, it’s fast and the best part is the reward, a perfectly prepared meal. The designers must have tested this oven and then got the public involved because I can’t think of one improvement. My regret is I also bought 2 other overs when I only may need one.

Good for a year and a half

Enjoyed this Speed Oven initially as it was half the price of replacing my Miele. Then 6 months past the warranty it quit working. Very disappointing, saving up now to pay for a repairman.

No CLOCK button instead upside down SETTINGS

New unit!!!! The CLOCK button is installed with an upside down SETTINGS button!!! An expensive unit for a stupid mistake. Funny but not. $$$

Impressed with this Oven

Wasn't sure how this would compare to a full size oven and I am so pleased. The microwave setting is spectacular. You cannot hear it at all, there is no humming in the background. This is really a excellent product!
