4 years - 4 repairs, worthless support

Four years into buying this model, no less than four repairs needed, internal thermostat, control panel, opening door now shorting circuit breaker. Latest call to support for fixing short - stating I must pay for fourth repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Microwave ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave has so may innovations that I'm still enjoying experimenting with all the features. Not only does it do traditional microwave functions, but it does convection cooking, has a multitude of sensor cooking options and a guide to help with some specific functions. It's a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Lifesaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our main oven is broken and having a microwave / convection oven combo has been a lifesaver. The controls are easy to use, the display is clear if you're setting minutes vs seconds (vs hours) and the timer has a pleasant sound when it goes off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not buy!

In less than 2 years of owning it, it's broken for the second time at the electrical fuse/cord rendering it inoperable. I spent good money on Bosch appliances expecting reliability and quality but this speed oven is a lemon. Very disappointed.

Amazing.. when it works.

We really like having the microwave/oven, super useful for cooking an extra pizza or desert while the main oven is in use, but after 30 months of limited use (1-2 times per day for the microwave and once every 2 weeks for the oven) it's now not working. This was an expensive unit within our kitchen and it's the first one that gave us issue, since we changed all appliances in 2018. Not the quality I was expecting from Bosh and reading all the issue with the unit, seems like we are not the only one.
