Worst microwave we've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave because it seemed like the best one for the space we had available after a microwave. It rattles loudly, the tray no longer spins, the popcorn button is useless, it's hard to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unreliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great concept, but I've had 3 service calls for an obvious faulty design. When the door opens, there's a trip that shuts off the oven. That keeps getting burned out even when the door isn't being opened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good, but complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice oven but it takes a while - and reliance on instructions and YouTube videos - to learn how to use all the features. As an example, using the microwave to heat two cups of coffee, I've gotten a face full of steam when I opened the door. Now I know this is because it's so powerful and to use a lower power setting, but this wasn't intuitive or in the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement Oven works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Miele speedcook that had to be repaired twice in five years and still malfunctioned. We finally bought the Bosch because it would fit in the same space and had the functions I wanted. It has proved to be better than the Meile ever was. Sensor cook really does well for veggies etc. Fast, powerful microwave. Good convection cooking. I only wish it had a proofing setting for bread. Excellent combo convection and microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!
