Great everyday appliance, convenient

This is a great appliance, especially for smaller kitchens where you need to maximize what you do with your space. We installed this in our cabinets,. flush mounted and it is very sleek. The oven preheat time is a little longer than your traditional oven and the microwave takes a little time to learn, but that's because it has so many settings. They are essential for performance, use them correctly and the results are worth it.

Great Microwave, unsure about convection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this to match my decor and fit in a small 24" cabinet. The microwave features have worked very well: Sensor Reheat, Popcorn, melt butter, etc.
I tried using the pizza speed cook feature with so-so results. My main complaint is that in convection/broil modes there is no way to set a cook time where it starts when pre-heating is done and shuts off automatically when time expires. I've owned a KitchenAid oven that could do this.

Huge Upgrade BUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven, along the 24" electric convection oven, represented a huge upgrade for us, replacing a countertop Neanderthal microwave that was loud and an oven that was about 40 years old. I didn't know it was possible to be so excited about an appliance. The oven is sleek, efficient and we love it; however, when I did the initial set-up and added the shelf so that we could use it as an oven, one of the pegs broke off (see attached). It was virtually impossible to identify from the drawings what the part number was and I couldn't see any part like it. Eventually I found what I thought was the correct part but I was sent a part that didn't even seem to go with the oven. It was a big disappointment to have this happen before I could even use it, and the shelf isn't really stable enough to cook on it with only three supports. So it is really only being used as a microwave (and a rather expensive one at that). I need to call Bosch and see if they can help me figure out what the part number is. Disappointing that the pegs are so flimsy. Guess one might need to have extras around the house. I look forward to being able to use all of its functions.

Great product
