Perfect in Every Way

If there is anything I cannot tolerate, it's overwhelming features that require the Consumer to reference a technical instructions manual for the simplest of operations. This range doesn't need that. It's a simplistic design and so are its features. It has more than enough features to get the easiest to toughest meals completed without much fuss.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Whirlpool Electric Self Cleaning Range

I love this stove! It is so uncomplicated to operate all the features it offers and the clean-up after cooking is such a breeze! The burners heat food quickly and evenly and it boils water in no time, which helps me prepare meals faster!! Love it, love it, love it!!!

Not up to Whirlpool standard of 15 years ago

My previous oven was also a Whirlpool with Accubake and a ceramic range top. The preheating on the new oven is significantly slower (~ 8 mins vs. 4 mins 30 sec to 425 degrees) and I also find the rangetop burner heating can be quite variable compared to the old one. It can also be quite a challenge to clean the stovetop, it seems to require more scraping and more frequent application of cooktop protectant. I don't know if I chose a lower-grade model or what but I feel the old one was better quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago and so glad I did. I waited for 2 years to get it. I have been buying 1 appliance at the time, so I could get all new appliances. I love it.
