This replaced the old Maytag unit we had for several years. This is heads and tails better than the old unit.

I decided that I needed a new stove, so I went shopping for one everywhere I could. My current stove was only 4 years old, but I was not happy with it for many reasons. I decided to look into a glass top range instead of the four- burner style. Of all the ranges I looked at, I kept coming back to Whirlpool. I liked the style, especially the low-profile lock handle for the self-cleaning oven. The round knobs instead of the traditional kind are great for us older folks that have difficulty holding on to things. I have used this stove for the past few months, and have been simply delighted almost beyond words.

I had been looking for a ceramic top, self cleaning stove for a while. This fit the bill. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Perfect for the price.
