When I first had this delivered, I started using it right away. I found three minor quirks that some may not like. First, you cannot rapid preheat the oven in convection mode. However, I do like that it converts regular bake temps to convection bake temps and that the convection fan is so quiet that I thought it wasn't working. Second, the sound levels are not loud, so if you aren't nearby - you might miss it. The last thing that I don't like is that I have to remove the extra oven racks for faster preheating - I don't have room in my small kitchen for them to be anywhere but in the oven. I do like the three racks though and especially the split rack! The stove top is beautiful! Lint does seems to collect there so I am always wiping it off, but I rather do that than have a speckled glass top that other manufacturers offer. I love the clean lines and look of this oven. I was so happy about my purchase that I bought the matching microwave!!

Love the large oven door window!! Cooks great! Only complaint is I wish there were numbers to indicate where you set the dials for the stove top. Love the warm zone and warming drawer!

Love this new design range with the large window door. Can see all the cooking, but yet the range has a wonderful appeal due to the clean lines. The stove top has great features, extra burner, Just a great looking appliance, easy to use, practical and looks good too! What more can I ask for??

Oven does perform the way I would like it too, never seems to be at the temperature it says, either not hot enough or too hot, burners get extremely hot, surface is hard to keep clean. I would probably have to say that I am sorry I purchased this product.
