Great product.

I was hoping for a great new stove. I cook a lot. This has more than exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful to look at. It cooks small portions, and does great with a canner, full of 7 quarts. The oven is bright, and large. The convection oven is quiet and efficient. My cookies are light and breads have great crusts. I also like that I can use a regular bake setting, if I don't want the convection oven.The energy efficient power off is a help with electric bills as well.I would recommend this stove to anyone for any type of cooking.

Beautiful in my kitchen

I bought this range about a month ago. I have noticed a few differences from my older model coil top range. It seems to pre-heat slower and boil water slower. However, I love the look and the convectional feature. It works well for me.

720 model does work

I first ordered a 710 model which did not heat correctly or stay in convection heat mode. Got another 710 model that did not heat or stay in convection heat mode. Fought for 6 months with your customer service department, to get my oven replaced with the 720 model that does work and bake food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One thing that I really like about my oven is that there is not an exposed heating element which was a downfall with my last oven because spills would get on it and the element would spark and burn out. We got tired of replacing it. I am very happy with my oven!
