Outstanding Purchase

This display is everything you could ask for in clarity and design. We gave it to my daughter as a gift for Xmas. She is using it for videoconferencing and combined with a logitech c920 webcam, the display is perfect. Terrific presentation for photos and videos as well as games.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased two 2311x displays with a system a year ago +. I had problems with both. One is currently working somewhat. I had hoped for a better image on the new display. It is lackluster to say the least. I am not impressed with the coloration. Other HP products currently in use are not up to expected HP standards and I am a long-time HP customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great monitor

I purchased this monitor at the same time as I bought a new HP computer. There was no setup to do other than plugging it in to the computer. The computer detected it and installed the correct software for it automatically. I have had no problems. The colors are vibrant and the wide screen is very nice. I have owned other HP LED monitors and have never had a failure. I only bought a new one for the larger screen.

This is my first experience with a real widescreen (23") monitor, and it's been all good. Like all HP products I've purchased, it virtually set itself up and has performed flawlessly. The resolution is excellent, and I no longer have to lean in and squint to make out smaller text or detaills. I'm an application developer, and this monitor has truly made my life a lot easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!
