Overall, this monitor is great. The monitor that I was using before this one was a 21.5" HP 2159m. This monitor has a matte finish to the screen as opposed to the glossy finish of my old monitor. The only thing I can think of to critique this monitor is that some corners of the monitor seem brighter than others. For example, the lower right corner is a brighter/whiter color than the opposite corners. I'm not sure if this is how the monitor was built but it is just a minor annoyance as my old monitor also had its share of issues. This is a nice monitor, although it is not of extremely high resolution (i.e., retina display), and works great for just about anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The screen is the perfect size. I do a lot of volunteer data entry and am tired of writing info down, going back and forth to get the info needed. With thi screen I am able to put the program and information side by side and input the applicable information.
Wish I had realized this size was available a long time ago.

The monitor was great, except it did not have a height adjustable. IT has a HDMI, but no sound.

The picture quality is very sharp. The plastic base is filmsy and it doesn't not have a height adjustment.

I purchased this to sit next to my HP dv7 17" laptop to work on large spreadsheets, project plans and PowerPoint presentations when working from home. It also is great for watching Hulu and Netflix shows.
