You need to have extra bottles or you have to finish one batch before you can even start the next. Why have a month or more between your batches of home brew?

I love using these bottles as they are easy to use, clean and store. When I finish a batch, I can easily sanitize and then do an extra bleach clean to prevent any unwanted bacteria. I like their size as it also makes it easier to make a 2 gallon batch without using 24 glass bottles.
