Beautiful Cooktop

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've only had this cooktop a couple of months so am still trying to figure it out. My last cooktop was actually half induction/half electric so I do notice that it takes longer to heat up than what I'm used to. I think it helps if you set it at 9 right at the beginning and then it doesn't take as long to heat up.
I like how you can put a long rectangular pan along the left side but I wish there was more than 1 large element than just one in the middle . . . 2 would have been better.
I don't find the timer very loud but a cool feature is that you can set it for a certain amount of time and then the element turns off.
I also find this cooktop easier to clean than my last one which was not a Bosch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mean the cooktop looks fantastic. I am so happy to be rid of those hard to clean knobs that were on my old cooktop. But it is a little hard to push the on/off button and choose a burner and degree of heat. I wind up having to push several times before anything happens. I am sure it is just a matter of time before I learn the exactly correct motion to make. Also, it seems a little slow to heat up but works just fine once it does.

A great addition to the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My five burner glass top is a breeze to cook on. So easy to operate with so many burner options especially the connected ones for my griddle. And my wife loves it because she loves to decorate and this unit is inconspicuous in the kitchen without knobs sticking out and food particles collecting underneath them. And the Bosch says it all. We have a front loader washing machine and it convinced me of the Bosch quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge upgrade from our previous cooktop! The Boost element is a real timesaver, and the ability to use two burners at a time is great for breakfast preparation. The integrated timer is also a very helpful feature.
