Good stove top

Super easy to install and wire.
We've only had this stove top for 2 weeks and we're very pleased. It cooks much hotter than the Thermador stove top it replaced. For example, setting 8 on the Bosch is equivalent to setting 9 on the Thermador. Additionally, the "boost" setting on the Bosch makes boiling water even faster. All said, these features should save electricity as you don't have to cook as long.

Sleek replacement cooktop

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this unit as a replacement for a 10 year old Viking Designer series. Good choice. Cleaner glass cooktop. Cooktop touch button get responsive. Difference between this model and the non stainless steel one is just the front and back steel trim. Works well so far. Been six months. Bought extended warranty just in case.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very sleek and works very well. The glass is strong and cleaning it is a breeze. The only issue I have is that the touch button is not very responsive. I thought it would be more fluid like a capacitive touch screen, but it's like a resistive touchscreen.

Great Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace an old cooktop in my countertop. Most everything I looked at had the features we wanted, but were too small. The existing cutout was larger than the overall size of the new cooktops. I was so pleased to find this Bosch model, which has all the features we wanted, and, needed only a minor modification to the cutout to meet Bosch' specs and to provide the best support to the cooktop. I expected to spend hundreds more to get what we wanted/needed but this model came within our budget.

I have been living with it for a year and LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop was a huge step up from our 15 year old GE. We went with normal electric, rather than convection due to our pots and pans. It will boil a large stock pot in 10 mins. All the burners are ultra presise and have half settings. We are very happy with our Bosch 800 Cooktop
