I just set this up so I can't speak to reliability, but it does put out a lot of heat. Set up was a bit tricky as it is quite heavy and the instructions and pictures are not great. However, I got it set up in about an hour by myself. It looks nice and is sturdy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The heater does exactly what I need it to do. I have it in my front porch. It’s 10’x20’. I have partial windows in. Keeps it warm so I can sit out there at night.

great so far but assembly is challenging

I am quite capable when it comes to assembly of almost anything, but this was a challenge. The main difficulty was connecting the wires to each other. There is no slack whatsoever.
