Worked for 2 days

I received this product on 23 NOV 2015 and it only worked 2 days for a total of 5 hours. Customer service will be sending me a Heater Replacement 1500 Watt Bulb. When the product worked, it worked well. I will have to see how long the next one works. I have a dedicated circuit with a 20 amp breaker, so that should not be the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we live in MN, we have a great back yard patio where we love to spend our time in the warm months. I'm always looking for a way to extend those days and evenings into the fall. We've had the fire pit. we've had the propane heater. I really didn't expect much out of this product, wasn't sure it would provide adequate warmth. I was wrong. this is excellent for 2-4 people. provides great warmth. recommended.

Just what we wanted for our patio

I bought this heater two weeks ago and have used it 4 times. Yesterday we turned it on while eating our lunch. After about 10 minutes it stopped working. I checked all breakers and the outlet. All looked fine, I hit the on switch and the lamp came on again. It lasted a few minutes and again cycled off. I tried the switch again and it wouldn't come on but, after about five minutes I tried the switch again and on went the heater. That occurred a couple of more times exactly the same way. This morning I turned it on and it has been going for about 40 minutes just fine without cycling off. I'm just not sure what to expect now and will wait to see before calling on the warranty. When the product is on, it is exactly what we wanted for our patio situation. I guess my review would be five stars if I was sure of it's reliable function going forward!

I purchased two of them and I made sure they were plugged in to dedicated 20-amp circuits because they draw up to 1500 watts each. I will know soon if they are useful in keeping party guests comfortable on chilly evenings.

Recently purchased product and have been using it for several days with no problems. The assembly instructions are somewhat vague; certain assembly steps could be clearer if better photos were used.
