Great Wireless Doorbell with 2 x Speaker Units

We bought this product to have a speaker in a main area and a unit in a secondary high noise area. It is very easy to install, just plug into a power point.

Is this product a joke?

Not even a single doorbell noise. Just bad synth trumpet of a million songs and a bad recording or a big-ben style clock. It's a doorbell with no doorbell. It is one of the most horrible sounding devices of any kind I have ever purchased.
One more weird design choice is that the "volume up" is at the bottom, and "volume down" is at the top.
I bought this, got it home, cycled through the absoloutely hideous array of noises it makes , but it straight back in the box and will be returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second unit i have bought. The first one lasted over twenty years, before to main unit stopped working. The battery in the doorbell had never been replaced. Its no wonder i bought this unit. Very reliable.
