Fast data in some areas, no data indoors at others

It gives really fast data in some areas, in other areas, especially indoors no data is available. I'm switching to Tmobile. If you can't get data indoors at some places, that negates the point of the hotspot.

careful with the tiny sim. Opening the package allows it to pop out and disappear into your floor. Waiting for the replacement sim to arrive :-(

Great price plan for 5 phones but the service sucks real bad we have the unlimited package the internet is really slow and we keep losing signal , calls drop every time we call out and stay on the phone after 10 minutes

It’s pretty easy if you’ve done it before with other companies. But as far as why WiFi calling isn’t already on make another sense. Because where I live I can’t use my phone without WiFi.

love shopping with Simple Mobil, if you cant find what you are looking for the chat is very helpful. Every time I purchase something I get it in 2 days, no guess work.
