Simple Mobile was at all NOT helpful with my problem. They deactivated my phone on 10/26. After countless calls to your company my issue was never resolved. I was forced to terminate my service with Simple Mobile and go with another company. I have a call into the Attorney Generals office in Massachusetts. It is against the law for you to not release my number back to me. I was forced to get another phone and a new phone number. I hope a law suit from massachusetts was worth your incompetence.

Good buy, good shipping time, it comes with easy instructions. The package was too bulky for the size of the item, with could have been sent in a carton envelope.
