The motor is impressive but not bulletproof. Use your common sense. You will have to do some scraping the sides and bottom. However, I’ve used 3 different, well rated brands and nothing beats the cuisinart.

Very happy with my purchase. I read many reviews and always came back to the 14 cup by Cuisinart. My only regret is that I didn't buy sooner. I have had the same GE food processor for about 30 years! It worked but it was so loud it scared all the animals in the house. The cuisinart is so quiet!! Works Great!! No regrets!!

I bought this processor because it is recommended by America's Test Kitchen. I'm a little disappointed. It is quiet and easy to use. But when I put something in the shoot to shred or slice it, it leaves a little of the food in the bottom of the shoot unprocessed. It's like the the part that pushes the food down isn't long enough.

This is an amazing kitchen gadget!!! It is so simple to use and specially to wash!!! It does every job in SECONDS!!! We’ve made hummus so terse and soft it is better than the store bought!!! We’ve made salsa so fast!! I’ve used it to slice 5 pounds of potatoes in no time!!! It is something you definitely would be reaching out again and again!!! It is quite heavy but if you have the counter space you won’t notice.

Quiet and efficient and 14 cup cover any size need. Just wish the knife blade was a bit smaller as it has to be moved when using a spatula to scrap the sides.
