This is my third one.As usual I am concerned about the breaking of the plastic. It happened to my previous ones. It is also hard to get everything in place. But even ith these minor complaints I would not switch the brand.

This is an amazing product. I love it for making nut butter. You do have to scrape down the sides at the beginning but once you blend it for awhile it will do it without stopping until the nut butter is complete. Great wattage motor will run continuously for an hour or more. The base does get extremely hot when running for awhile. Overall I am very satisfied with the power and mechanisms of this machine.

Great at what it does. Need better instructions

The machine will not turn on if the container is not line up correctly. The last part “plunger” thing that push food in, must be inserted so the metal bar goes into the container’s mechanism or the machine won’t turn on. It was not mentioned anywhere in the instructions so we thought we had a dud. The machine does what it advertises to do. Grounding chicken was a breeze, making slices of lemons were quite easy and quick. We bought this in July, used it 3-4 times so far, so couldn’t speak about longevity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A few caveats about a great food processor

This is an excellent food processor and I do not regret purchasing it. However, it is not intuitive and the manual is inadequate. Several times I had to look up YouTube videos to figure out how to use the processor. So prepare for a learning curve.
The manual did do an excellent job of making me terrified of the razor sharp blades, with constant warnings, so I use this with extreme care.
