Received this for Christmas after wanting one for years. I am amazed at how powerful it is - it was truly shocking the first time I tested it out! I have used it for blending tomato sauce, shredding lettuce and cheese, and slicing potatoes. My only complaint is the gap that is between the slicing and shredding blades and the top lid. A decent sized wedge of food likes to get trapped in that space, causing the rotor to slow down. I'm afraid I might burn up the motor. But overall, I've been very happy.

I am getting this product a 5 star review because of your good customer service! My newly purchased one got a crack after 2 days from purchasing it. I only grind some chicken thighs in it. Called the customer service and they send me a new one. Hopefully it doesn’t crack on me again.
