Instructions are not detailed and require a bit of time to get familiar with it. Setting up for the first time can be overwhelming but after the first time less stressful. Packing it away in the box takes some time too. But once you are familiar with it, WHAT A GAME CHANGER!

Really like this machine-i got this to replace my previous processor (also a cuisinart) that still worked (but the bowl cracked and one of the blades had a crack as well) after 15 years. This new one is even more powerful but quieter. Looking forward to many more years of using this machine.
