I thought I did this review but I’m happy to review again. I owned a 14 cup Cuisinart for more than 30 years. When I finally needed a new one I got a fabulous deal on my new one. I’ve used it and it’s even more powerful than my original. It’s also a very pretty machine. I look forward to using it and it may well outlive me.
I've never owned a food processor before but find I need one for more things I'm trying to make. I've used it several times so far and it is easy to use, easy to clean, and works great.
Ours replaced a 20 year old Cuisinart food processor that had served us well. Our initial experience with our new one promises another long term relationship. Powerful, quiet and efficient.
I love this food processor! I just need a way to learn how to use it more effectively. I often get partially-pureed and partially-still-large-chunks. But I appreciate that's my education issue. The motor is strong enough to cut everything like butter, so the processor itself is amazing and cuts vegetables really well in seconds.
Not only is it efficient, quick and quiet, but it also looks pretty so I don't mind that it sits on the countertop. It looks like it was made for me and my kitchen.
A replacement for my very similar 50 year old Cuisinart that finally broke beyond repair. Does everything just as it should. I do a lot of cheese shredding - it does it so quickly it's like magic...
I sadly had to retire my kitchen aid processor. After doing my research on the Cuisnart I gave it a go. I am glad I did. This baby is a work horse. Made perfect homemade bread crumbs, grates and chops for my slaw. Nothing not to like.
