The blade is very sharp and works great. Reviews I read were correct. Only thing I have issues with is getting the parts seated properly to get it to run-the manual that comes with it has no instructions in regard to this. After watching on line videos several times, I got it to work.

Great machine, drastically reduced my food prep time. Follow the instructions and tasks like chopping onions, cilantro or parsley are finished in seconds without turning the food into mash like other food processors. I even made pizza dough with it in minutes.
