This machine is spectacular. It does everything we need it to do and then some. It is smooth, not noisy at all, and the larger processing bowl allows us to do more volume each time we use it.

The product is great but the instruction booklet is far from helpful. No where are there actual assembly instructions and very little help in various situations or recipes you might be trying. The link to videos wasn’t working. Finally found some help on YouTube but by then felt rather defeated and upset. This was the very first food processor I’ve owned and I found the ‘getting to know it’ phase very frustrating.
