I received a Cuisinart Food Processor when I got married almost 46 years ago. It has been one of my favorite appliances. Hands down it makes the best pis crust. I use it to grate cheese, chop nuts, make dips, and make sauces. Many of the things you would do by hand is made so much easier in the Cusinart. I am still using that machine but just purchased another one to use in a new house. I couldn't imagine not having one.

After more than a decade of weekly use, I finally wore out the food chute for my 14 cup food processor. Before panic set in, a replacement unit was received and I breathed easier! The motor and work bowl remains in good working order. This is a well designed kitchen tool that will serve you well when processing even the most difficult culinary tasks.

This is the Maserati of food processors! I haven't had the time I'd like to fully explore all of its possibilities, but I look forward to the upcoming holiday season to give it a real workout! What relatively little use I've been able to make of it let me know that this is the most user friendly and powerful machine ever to grace my countertops!
