This food processor is the benchmark. It is an essential tool in my kitchen, and it produces excellent results, from shredding cheese to pureeing bananas and anything else we need it to do. This is easy to use, easy to clean and is an attractive part of our kitchen.
This food processor is a workhorse! It gets the job done with ease. I have tried a cheaper one but in the end I was let down. This 14 cup processor is sturdy and will last many years.
Don’t hesitate for even a minute, if you need or want a wonderful food processor! It is very easy to use and to clean . It has been the top pick in Americas test kitchen for an efficient machine for multiple years, so I guess if it’s good enough for them it’s going to be perfect for a home baker and cook which I am. My previous one was the cuisinart 11 cup which I also loved ,but I just needed an upgrade after using it for so many years. Treat yourself to this workhorse of a machine!👍
I am absolutely thrilled with my Cuisinart food processor! This kitchen marvel has revolutionized my cooking experience. From effortlessly chopping vegetables to quickly mixing dough, this powerful machine can handle it all with ease. The multiple blade options make it incredibly versatile for any recipe I tackle. The sturdy construction and sleek design add a touch of elegance to my countertop. Cleanup is a breeze thanks to its dishwasher-safe parts. Investing in the Cuisinart food processor has been a game-changer in my culinary journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their cooking skills and save time in the kitchen.
I have owned one of the earlier models of the 14-cup food processors for about 15 years, until most of the plastic parts began to wear out and crack, and the blades began to dull. The lack of replacement parts for a model that old made getting a new one necessary now, even though the motor still works perfectly. The new one I recently bought is just as well made as the original one, and I'm very happy with the performance, however, the one complaint I have is with the design. The chute on the older model was located conveniently right in front of you, just above the switches, so both of hands were logically closest to you, so you could use the switches with one hand while pouring or pushing things thru the chute. Now, the new model has the chute located on the opposite end of the food processor, so you have to reach across the unit with your working hand to push things or pour liquids thru the chute. This makes absolutely no sense (to me) whatsoever, and needlessly complicates the basic tasks with this model. Unfortunately, I probably won't have a need to buy a new one for another 15 years since this is so well made, but please change the design back to the way it used to be.
This food processor is a power house! Easy to use, easy to clean. The machine is a bit heavy which is good because it's stable. It's any wonder that it's Americas Test Kitchen's favorite food processor!
As it turned out, my family's favorite frozen pie crust is no longer available, so I was forced to attempt making homemade pie crust. This food processor was recommended by the America's Test Kitchen Cookbook. This food processor performed perfectly, I've made the double crust pie crust about four times already and it is quick and easy. My family raves even more now about my cherry pie! I will be trying more recipes soon, but for pie crust this is the best!
