30 years ago I purchased the 14cup machine. I used it almost every week, loved it, until the shaft broke. It was time to replace it, I bought the smaller version the 7 cup, it was not the same quality. The plastic bowl was pretty thin and the lid was broken. I returned it and got the 14 cup. Great quality, it will last for years.

This product is all that I expected and more. The size is just what’s needed to cook for a crowd. I considered the smaller models for weekly cooking but so glad I decided: that would be a secondary purchase.

The food processor is versatile and easy to operate. The accessories can be stored inside the unit so that’s convenient. The motor is powerful enough to knead dough for bread or pasta. That said, This larger model does not chop small amount of herbs or garlic very well as the space between the blade and the side of the cylinder has probably too much slack to do that.
