Had the same one years ago. Got rid of it and regretted it ever since. The new ones even seem to have a couple of upgrades

This is to replace my first cuisinart which I received in 1985. This one is very sturdy I love it. My old one still worked, just the bowl deteriorated.

This thing is a workhore and I expect it to be functional 10 years from now. Maybe I can even pass it on to my grandkids after I pass away.

This food processor is efficient and quickly combines or cuts anything. It's even perfect for cutting vegetables and shredding cheese. The only slight nuisance is that you can't process small amounts and have to be sure to fill out the bowl a little bit.
