I bought this a frw months ago and i am amazed by its ability to do anything I have asked of it. It is truly a "Workhorse". It shreads cheese beautifuly, slices potatoes and carrots very easily. I use it weekly and am very glad I made the purchase! I love it as it has performed flawlessly!

I bought my first Cuisinart roughly 36 years ago. Weirdly it was similar to this model which I have come back to after trying 1 other brand and 1 tricked out Cuisinart that did not last as long or cleanup as easily as this classic model. Good old fashioned and reliable paddle levers for operation - I'll never deviate again!

I wish I had purchased this years ago. The classic design looks amazing on my counter and is a real work horse. I have shredded cheese, cabbage, diced onions, made salsa, pie crust and pizza dough. It's powerful yet quiet.
