I watched your on line video to get the overall "how to use" this food processor. I still can't get the bowl on and secured without trying 3-4x...I never figure out which way it goes on and which way to turn it to lock it into place. I waste time doing so. Once I get it put together and the bowl is secure, I can process food :-)

I do a lot of cooking & baling and entertaining and have always wanted a good food processor. I reviewed many different t sizes, types & brands. America's Test Kitchen gave this an excellent review and I trust their judgement and Cuisinart reputation. They use one on their tv shows. I have owned this for 5 months and couldn't be more satisfied. It does everything I hoped it would and more. Fast, sturdy, solid easy to operate, easy to clean and surprisingly quiet. Who could ask for more?

I got this several months ago to replace an existing FP. I love the deep bowl, but I do think the feeding tube is a bit weird. It took some getting used to it. Only drawback is you have to cut down items for the feeding tube if they are tall. Processor only engages if the press for the tube can click into the tube.

I love this machine. I had a 20+ year old Cuisinart that finally died around Christmas. I tried to live without one but it was just such a hole in my cooking. I did my research and chose this model. I could not be happier! It works like a dream. I would recommend this model and Cuisinart to anyone.

I had a Custom 11 that was gathering dust, as once I began low-carb dieting on & off most of my cooking was variations on “dead animals & leaves.” It was too easy to just use my knives, whisk & occasionally blender. When our son announced he might be getting his own apt. soon, I realized I ought to get a new blender and give him the 11–which is older than he is. Checked the America’s Test Kitchen reviews and decided this was the one to buy. Fast, efficient, neat—my knife skills may be more precise, but in the time it’d take me to mince a rib of celery, the Custom 14 makes the entire batch of tuna salad. Easy cleanup too. And the stainless finish chassis looks great on my countertop.
