I have total confidence in all aspects of this food processor. I actually did purchase it because it was the favorite of America's Test Kitchen. It was more expensive, but it is worth the extra money. I do not think that I will have to buy a new one for at least a decade. I appreciate its power, aesthetic, and versatility. I just renovated our kitchen. This food processor and my coffee maker are the only two items beautiful enough to have on my beautiful new counter and backsplash.

Works great, but needs better instruction booklet

We chose this model because of America's Test Kitchen review. We love it, but there is a learning curve, particularly since the instruction booklet does not give instructions on how to put some of the pieces together, particularly the shredding blade pieces.
Went to the online site, as suggested and found no videos for this model. Very disappointed in that. Finally got it together, and it works great.
Will definitely recommend.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas. I hadn’t had one in several years after my last food processor died. It’s smooth, it’s powerful, and it’s easy to use. It did take me a few minutes to figure out the larger plunger was designed so that it had to be used for it to turn on when you’re processing larger pieces. It’s heavy because of the powerful motor. I just wish I had one of this shelves that has assisted lift! It’s a must have for sure!
