Purchased over Christmas 2017 this food processor has proven to be an outstanding addition to our kitchen! Robust, powerful, easy to control, easy to clean are many of the features that make this machine superior to conventional lower grade machine (of which we have had two). When you go to purchase this processor ensure it is the "14 Cup" variety, it is not the easiest model to find here in Canada - the other models "look" to be inferior (we have not tested those personally but the reviews on line seemed to suggest the superiority of the "14 Cup" model).

I got this for my birthday, which I think I will love, it just didn't come with any instructions on how to use it, which blades are used for what, so I've not used it yet. I'm looking for an instruction book online. I hope I find one. I can't give it a review until I can use it. Sorry

If you want a powerful machine and one that last all others and can take the abuse of daily use- this machine is for you! I have used this in home and restaurant and it never failed! Great product! Parts are easy to obtain, if you break or misplace.

I hadn’t been happy with the results I was getting when chopping (pieces not uniform), but I thought maybe I just needed to refine my technique. I also didn’t like the accessories it came with (slicing blade too thick, grating blade too fine for my purposes) so I bought additional blades. But twice now I’ve made a batter that was fairly stiff, and even though I added the liquid to the dry, as instructed in the Owner’s Manual, batter worked its way under the blade and into the interior where the blade fits over the drive shaft. Because of the stickiness of the batter, it was very difficult to safely pull the blade out of the bowl, and because I wasn’t planning to run the dishwasher right away, I was afraid to leave things unwashed lest the batter become so dried on it wouldn’t be able to be thoroughly cleaned. Hand-washing the slightly serrated and astonishingly sharp blade was scary, and washing the rest of the bowl and lid was tedious. This was the most highly rated food processor out there, but it’s just too dangerous for me. I’m going to return it.
