I bought this about a month ago on recommendation from ATK and I am delighted with it. I love making pastry in it and have used it to shred cabbage and carrots for coleslaw. I thought about buying the fine shredding disk but I don't think I really need it. I will purchase the small case for the disks I have. I find it easy to clean and it fits under my cabinets so it doesn't get hidden away and forgotten.
I bought this cuisinart food processor a mont ago. So far it’s been a great choice. Compared to my old food processor, it’s been much easier to handle: to Krupa clean and to store. I would highly recommend this product if you do a lot of cooking
Decided to buy a food processor with a larger motor than I've ever had before. I LOVE IT! It accomplishes food prep in less than half the time my previous food processors have. Easy to use. Easy to clean. SO happy I purchased this!
I recently bought the Cuisinart custom 14 food processor as a replacement for my old Cuisinart food processor. My old processor was basically the same processor as the Custom 14 just a little smaller. It was my go to appliance for 23 years. When it broke I looked into getting a fancier version with more bells and whistles, however, when I started researching products every review kept pointing me back to the Customer 14. The key is the solid blade. The main complaint with other processors was that the blade was not solid and did not work well doing tougher jobs like making dough or working nuts. Also all the extra blades and attachments did not work well. This machine has a solid blade and makes fantastic doughs, works nuts, and yet can still mince herbs perfectly. The other attachments also work beautifully. One is a shredder for things like cheeses and the other is a slicer for things like potatoes.
This Cuisinart is a joy to use. It replaced a higher priced KitchenAid processor that was a nightmare to clean. Besides doing every task well, the cleanup on this processor is easy which I find is important
I bought this for wife and myself, and now our twin daughters. The assembly can be a bit tricky at first, but after using it a few times it’s easy. Large bowl and powerful motor make cutting and other functions a breeze. I bought it after talking to a restaurant supply store after comparing to the commercial brand of the same thing
I bought this particular model after a review (winner) on America’s Test Kitchen. I previously owned a Kitchen Aid model with protected operating buttons and was often frustrated/annoyed with the button use. The paddle controls on the Cuisinart are simple and very easy to use. I often rice cauliflower and the Cuisinart performs as needed. The unit appears well made and I’ve had no issues with it, either using it or cleaning it.
