I finally replaced my almost 40 year old cuisinart after being shamed to do it as the old one was still going (the bowl parts not so much). This one is nice and sturdy like the old one and same with the pieces. It’s quite a bit bigger and I like that I can double a batch and it all fits. I’m a certified forever customer. I had to replace my 35 year old Cuisinart (guess it didn’t owe me anything). I wanted to make certain I had a larger unit so that I wouldn’t have any limitations. Works fast, efficiently and the top is easier to get on and off.
I waited to purchase my 14 cup Cuisinart Food Processor until after I saw "America's Test Kitchen" show on PBS, and I am glad I saw their review, it is exactly the food processor I wanted.
We upgraded to the larger capacity processor to provide flexibility and give us the power when we needed it. The 14 cup large container provides ample space for ingredients. The Processor makes short work of longer kitchen tasks, is easy to use and provides a consistent result.
I got my old Cuisinart over 20 years ago, and the motor was still going strong when I replaced it. With another Cuisinart, of course: quality speaks louder than words.
