I has hesitant on buying a new food processor and kept putting it off because I had a 4-cup model that worked but wasn't doing the capacities I was looking for. Ever since I received this, I cant imagine life without it. My parents have a similar model from Cuisinart that's over 30 years old and still going! I look forward to having this machine for years to come.

I have used this cuisinart for 30 years or more problem free. I bought a new one because the boml was cracked, and it was almost as cheap to buy new as find a new bowl. I will still use my old machine with my cuisinart pasta maker, which is the next best machine!

I have always had problems with food processors grating cheese. This one grated 6 blocks of cheese in minutes. It has performed beautifully every time I have used it. I have chopped veggies, made coleslaw, chicken salad, etc. It is easy to clean and all of the parts fit inside for easy storage. My only negative is that it is extremely heavy.

I love this workhorse , it’s sturdy , easy to use , and with the one slicing, one shredder and the multipurpose blade that’s all I need , simple to use and clean , the ‘paddle switches’ are so simple and the top is so easy to place , I love this so much , I want to get a second one for ‘back-up’ .... makes cooking fun .. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase !

For someone who has never used an appliance like this, the directions are not good. For example, assembling and locking to get the thing on assumes prior knowledge of a food processor. I used it once and it's cumbersome and unwieldy. I'll stick to a mini processor.

I bought this food processor about a month ago after a lot of research on several food processors, models and brands. So far, it seems to be a good sturdy product, and it functions well. I had another Cuisinart food processor for 15 years, and I am hoping this one is as good.
