I've wanted one of these for years... and so glad I finally not only got one.... but especially this one.
I expected great quality from Cuisinart... and I am not disappointed.
It's beautiful... and it does everything advertised. The video's have been most useful for learning how to use it... and I guess the largest challenge is to realize how many ways I can use it.
I haven't used the slicing blade yet... and I haven't grated cheese yet... but look forward to trying that.

I purchased this processed because of the excellent reviews, and it lives up to its reputation. I've used it for bread dough and a variety of cheeses and it performs extremely well. For small, 3 cup flour, dough batches it takes only a few minutes to complete; compared to 10 minutes or more with my stand mixer. I highly recommend this product!

I've had my Cuisinart Custom Food Processor for about a month. I've for almost 2 yrs on a good price and finally found it at a decent price. This unit is Commercial grade compared alot of other processors. No complaints for now.

I had an old Cuisinart food processor and I liked it much better than this. I find the feeding tube more difficult to use and the plastic used in the bowl is of a cheaper quality. It is more difficult to put the lid on and off. The bowl is larger than my old one and that might be a plus for many people.

This product appears to offer the same versatility and usefulness as the one we replaced. We were disappointed that there was no replacement for the bowl that basically disintegrated. There are some upgrades on the product regarding less plastic and a simpler design indicating better wear. We still have difficulty in setting up so all parts click in and allowing the machine to work. After all this years we thought there would be a better design or clearer instructions for set up. I know it is impolite to complain about 25 years of service so I will end on an up beat. We look forward to and believe we will have another 25 years of excellence, reliability and usefulness. We love the product.

Only problem so far is we've misplaced the dough blade, tho the steel one seems to work fine for the breads we make (sourdough and rustic). Only problem so far is finding the right size stuff (bell peppers, onions, potatoes) to fit the feed tube for round slices.
