This is first large capacity Processor I have used. The only problem I have found with it is...it doesn't give me enough time to form an opinion. I assemble it..turn it on and before I can observe and think about it, its done.Well heck, thats not any fun. I mean push down on the bar and Done..Now I got to clean it up. Thats a breeze too. So...you end up with all this time saved. Then What?

I bought a new Cuisinart food processor about a month ago. Before this one, I had my mother's 35-year-old Cuisinart, which still worked perfectly. I broke the chopping blade and was unable to find a replacement, so bought the new food processor. It works just as well as my old one. Has great capacity and power. I've chopped peppers and onions for two batches of salsa and it did a great job. I've also made streusal topping for apple pies and it did well on that too. I'm looking forward to more adventures in cooking!

My daughter purchased this for me for my birthday. I was very excited because the one I had from another company broke into pieces after a few months.
The reason I only gave it a 4, is it is frustrating to assemble. I'm sure eventually it will become easier. But when I want to use it I don't want to take 5 minutes to get it assembled.
