I am happy with this food processor. Works well for making dough and slicing tomatoes. This newer model has slightly different dimensions under the lid so that the plain cover with no chute that is available for the older model won't fit it. I wish they would make a new plain lid since it makes clean up easier.

I make a lot of homemade foods to keep my family and I from eating to many chemicals in store bought foods. This food processor is a dream come true, I’m able to use it everyday for just about anything. the cookbook that comes with it has a lot of great recipes also.

This product is a great time-saver and the third one I have owned in about 30 years. It makes fast work of cutting butter into flour, but this new design means that flour flies out of the vents in the feed tube when you run it. Not a plus!

It’s easy to manipulate and operate even with weaker grips. My Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor said it’s a Great Accomodation. So, I
got one. I remember my mom loving hers growing up. I made sure to get the dough blade, so much easier than the mixer. Cheese grater blade is awesome. Making dinner or anything now is pain free and a lot faster. Cutting onions are now tear free. Thank Cuisinart! I’m giving this 5 stars!!!

I had a 7 cup for years but it just wasn’t big enough. I’d have to empty it sometimes more then once. The only thing that’s different is the food shoot is in the back not the front. I find that inconvenient. Not sure why they did that. That’s why I gave it 4 not 5.
